Certain design tasks, like 3D modelling, intricate packaging, and extensive print design, may not be included in our subscriptions. Additionally, web development does not encompass web app development.
Revisions will be made until the subscriber is 100% satisfied with the design.

Refunds aren't typically issued due to our commitment to delivering high-quality work and our designers' dedicated efforts.
However, your satisfaction is guaranteed, and we'll revise designs until you're 100% happy with the result. Additionally, members have the flexibility to pause or cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle, ensuring your peace of mind as a subscriber.
